Having to work in my workplace opens my eye and mind to look at how people and decision are made. Knowing that mostly government people, are always stuck in making decision because of bureaucracy. Top-down management with big gap usually causes the delay of decision making. This is some of my work for the “Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan”, The National Anti-Drugs Agency. So, my conclusion would be, BUREAUCRACY, damn!
